【Abstract】 To dispose of non-performing loans and to improve Japanese economy,Japan has established sev- eral government dominated restructuring institutions.Meanwhile,laws have been enacted or revised on corpo- rate reorganization to improve the procedures of reconstruction,facilitating the convenient and flexible corpo- rate reconstruction activities.These measures have facilitated the disposing of Japanese non-performing loans and thus the economic recovery,providing some implications for China as to similar problems.更多还原
