【Abstract】 The form of literature collection has changed with the occurrence of network document.Library only has the right to use network document rather than the ownership of it.The relationship between document quantity and use has also altered.The value,quantity and quality of document relies on the usage of it,that is to say,quantity is virtual and usage is real.The construction on document collection has come to an age of usage first.The conception of taking readers’ demands as library foundation should be emphasized in the network document collection.更多还原
