【Abstract】 By discussing the survival crisis that current library has faced with,combined with the characteristics of the ubiquitous library,this paper discussed construction principle,and further proposed to build the reader-centered ubiquitous library.It also discussed the general deficiency of fund,and the detail solutions on how to build the ubiquitous library.So the corporations should be strengthened among libraries and other institutions,virtual library should be co constructed and the personnel quality of university needs to be improved.更多还原
