【Abstract】 This article summarized the practice and efficiency of the consortium acquisition for electronic resources of Henan university libraries,which guided by 6 basic principles of demand priority,parity on trial,voluntary participation,equality and mutual benefits,co-construction and sharing,support for higher vocational schools.Aiming at the sustainable development of consortium acquisition,we should strengthen the leadership of the consortium acquisition,reinforce the core role of the leading library,promote measures of legal self-protection,set up assurance mechanism of credit agreement,construct long-term mechanism of propaganda and training,establish supervision and evaluation mechanism of after-sale service,such concrete measures and strategies were put forward in the paper.更多还原
