集中式管理对污染再生医疗器械规范化处理的效果观察
Studies on standardized management of the pollution regeneration medical apparatus and instruments
【摘要】 目的观察集中式管理对污染再生医疗器械规范化处理的效果。方法2006年1月~2007年12月采用集中式和分散式管理对污染再生医疗器械实施清点处理,分别比较两种管理模式的工作效率与所需消毒剂成本,工作人员在清点污染再生医疗器械过程中发生锐器伤及器械回收合格情况。结果集中式管理每天所需护理人员工作时数与所需消毒剂成本较分散式管理减少,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;集中式管理12个月发生锐器伤与回收器械不合格件数较分散式管理减少,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论消毒供应室对全院污染再生医疗器械实施集中管理模式,可减少临床科室护士间接护理时数及消毒剂成本,提高工作效率,减少了对环境污染,有利于职业安全防护,减少职业暴露。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of centralized management model on disposal of pollution regenerated medical apparatus and instruments.Methods Pollution regenerated medical apparatus and instruments were disposed of by the centralized management and dispersed management.Then the effect of the two patterns on the work efficiency and cost of disinfectant,the injury of workers during counting instrument and eligible rate of regenerated instrument were compared.Results The centralized management reduced cost of disinfectant and indirect nursing hours,raised the work efficiency,had better eligible rate of recycled instrument,and reduced the injury of workers during counting instrument.The differences between two groups were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The centralized management to the pollution regenerated medical apparatus and instruments can reduce indirect nursing hours and cost of disinfectant,raise the work efficiency and occupational safety,reduce environmental pollution and occupational exposure,and help the occupational safety protection.
