【摘要】 目的了解护理安全隐患因素及提出管理对策。方法分析和总结发生护理安全隐患的主要因素。结果发生护理安全隐患的主要因素有:护理人员因素、物质因素、环境因素、患者因素和管理因素。结论对护理人员进行法律知识教育、安全教育和职业道德教育,健全和完善各项护理安全质量监控管理,规范工作流程,控制护理不安全行为对杜绝护理安全隐患具有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the factors for hidden nursing dangers and work out strategies.Methods The major factors for hidden nursing dangers were analyzed and concluded.Result The major factors were found to be involved in personnel,materials,environment,patients themselves and management.Conclusion Education on law knowledge,safety,professional ethics,completion of monitoring and management of nursing safety quality,standardization of work flow-sheet,and control of unsafe nursing behaviors are active for eliminating hidden nursing dangers.更多还原
