糖尿病性视网膜病变激光治疗的护理

【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病性视网膜病变应用激光治疗的护理经验。方法回顾性总结和分析150例(226眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变激光治疗的护理经验。结果150例(226眼)中,治疗后显效82例124眼(54.9%),有效51例76眼(33.6%),无效17例26眼(11.5%)。结论应及早对视网膜病变采用激光治疗,以阻止视网膜病变的发展。做好心理护理、运动指导和饮食指导对疾病的治愈起着积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the experience in nursing the patients with the diabetic retinopathy treated with laser therapy.Method A retrospective analysis was done to summarize the experience in nursing 150 patients(226 eyes) before,during and after the laser therapy.Result After treatments of 150 patients(226 eyes),124 eyes were significantly effective at 54.9%,76 eyes effective at 33.6%,and 26 eyes void at 11.5%.Conclusions The patients with diabetic retinopathy should take early laser therapy in order to prevent the development of retinopathy.Psychological care,exercise and diet guidance play a positive role in the prognosis of the disease更多还原
