【摘要】 目的总结肾穿刺术后并发症的观察及护理要点。方法2003年5月～2007年5月对2 080例实施肾穿刺术,护理上配合做好术前及术后的护理。结果15例术后出现并发症,占0.72%,其中肉眼血尿5例、肾周血肿2例、发热2例、腰痛3例、尿潴留3例,经保守治疗,均得到有效控制。结论分析患者出现并发症的原因,并采取针对性的护理对策,可使患者并发症得到及时有效的控制,促进恢复,从而提高肾穿刺术的成功率及患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize observations and nursing points of postoperative complications of renipuncture.Method From May 2003 to May 2007,2 080 patients received renipuncture.Preoperative and postoperative nursing cares were given.Results Complications after renipuncture occurred in 15 patients(0.72%),5 had gross henaturia,2 had renal surrounding hematoma,2 had fever,3 had lumbago,and 2 had urinary retention.All complications were controlled effectively by conservative treatments.Conclusion We analyzed reasons of complications and took nursing strategies,which could timely and effectively control complications,promote revival,improve quality of life and survival rate of patients after renipuncture.更多还原
