【摘要】 目的本实验评估体外脱矿环境中几种氟制剂对牙本质的脱钙作用。方法20个标本随机分成5组:0.1%氟保护漆组,0.5%氟保护漆组,0.6%氟化泡沫组,1.23%氟化泡沫组,空白对照组。用钙体外临床诊断试剂盒检测龋蚀液中Ca2+浓度值,计算出每组在各时间点牙本质钙溶出的总量。并将标本制成磨片,在体视显微镜下观察龋损情况。结果氟制剂组抑制钙溶出效果明显优于空白对照组,氟保护漆组优于氟化泡沫组,氟保护漆组之间无显著性差异,氟化泡沫组之间无显著性差异。结论各种氟制剂均有防止牙本质脱钙作用,0.1%氟保护漆抑制牙本质脱钙作用最显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of fluoride products in protecting dentin from demineralization in vitro environment.Methods Twenty teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups:0.1% Fluoride Varnish,0.5% Fluoride Varnish,0.6% Fluoridated Foam,1.23% Fluoridated Foam,and the control.The concentration of calcium ion in the caries fluid was detected in vitro by clinical diagnostic kit and the volume of dissoluted dentin calcium per group was collected in different time.Each sample was also made in ground section and the caries were observed by stereomicroscope.Results All the fluoride products decreased the amount of dentin decalcification significantly,with a sequence of Fluoride Varnish,Fluoridated Foam,the Control group from the lowest amount to the highest amount of mineral losses of caries lesion.No significant difference was observed between Fluoride Varnish groups and no significant difference between Fluoridated Foam groups.Conclusion All the fluoride products could resist demineralization from dentin in vitro.更多还原
