【摘要】 骨科植入物在骨科治疗中已得到了广泛应用,并取得了满意效果。但植入材料需要长期植入人体,在临床应用中存在着安全性、有效性以及患者的知情权等若干伦理学问题。而且应用植入的骨科患者入院时都存在着不同程度的功能障碍,生活自理能力降低或丧失等情况,因此,在围植入期患者及家属心理问题复杂多变,需要每位骨科医生予以认真关注并思考。文章对诊疗过程中医患之间可能出现的心理及伦理问题进行总结并讨论,以期在今后不断地与自身的诊疗行为进行比照。更多还原

【Abstract】 Orthopedic implants are widely applied and achieved favorable effects.However,the safety,efficacy and other ethics problems exist because the implants will stay in body for a long period of time.In addition,patients have different extent of functional impairment,and self-care ability reduction even loss when they are admitted to the hospital,so their mental condition needs great attention.This paper summarized and discussed mental and ethical problems between doctors and patients during diagnosis and treatment so as to provide self-control for future treatment.更多还原
