聚乙烯、聚丙烯填料对有机硅人体仿生材料性能的影响

【摘要】 将用白炭黑补强的有机硅胶的胶液分成2份,1份固化后得到1#胶片;另1份加入到半固化的聚乙烯、聚丙烯凝胶中,再完全固化得到2#胶片。结果显示2#胶片邵氏A硬度降低了33.33%~63.64%,最大拉伸强度提高了94%,撕裂强度提高了15.68%。2#胶片的100%,300%,500%的定伸强度均低于1#号胶片,使得材料的拉伸伸长率变大。说明聚乙烯、聚丙烯凝胶的加入,提高了材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,同时降低了邵氏硬度,但控制拉伸伸长率方面应进行新的研究。

【Abstract】 The silicone reinforced with silica was divided into two parts, after curing, one was used to get 1# sheet rubber, and the other was added into semi-curing polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) gel to get 2# sheet rubber. The measured results shows that the hardness of the 2# silicone sheet rubber was decreased by 33.33%-63.64%, the maximum tensile stress was increased by 94% and the tear strength was increased by 15.68%, but the tensile strength and modulus at 100%,300%,500% were lower than that of the 1# sheet rubber, which means the elongation at break was increased. The results demonstrated that addition of PE/PP gel can increase tensile stress and tear strength of silicone materials, reduce shore hardness, but it needs more explores in the restrained stretching of elongation.
