纳米微粒在细胞低温保存中的应用
Application of nanopaticles in cell cryopreservation
【摘要】 低温保护剂在细胞的低温保存过程当中起着很重要的作用,选择合适的低温保护剂是低温保存过程中首要解决的问题。在低温保护剂中加入纳米微粒,可以改变低温保护剂的传热系数和黏度,同时也可以改变冰晶的形成状况、降低低温保护剂的反玻璃化温度。合适的纳米微粒还可以保护细胞内的DNA,也可以增加细胞和支架材料之间的黏附。这些结果能够提高细胞低温保护的效率。为细胞的低温保存开辟一个新的途径。
【Abstract】 Selecting of proper cryoprotectant agents is a principle step of cryopreservation,for these agents play an important role in freezing cells.Cryoprotectant agent with nanoparticles can increase its thermal conductivity.Meanwhile nanoparticles can significantly improve the nucleation and lower the devitrification temperatures of cryoprotectant solutions.Proper nanoparticles may protect the DNA in cells and increase the attachment between cells and scaffolds.These findings can be used to improve the efficiency of cell cryopreservation procedures and open numerous avenues of investigations regarding the application of nanoparticles in cryogenics.
