肿瘤热疗用磁性介质的生物相容性研究现状
Biocompatibility of magnetic materials in tumor hyperthermia
【摘要】 磁性介质的生物相容性是肿瘤热疗技术的前提之一。生物相容性一般是指材料与宿主之间的相容性,包括组织相容性和血液相容性。在以往的检测中,体外细胞毒性实验MTT法和溶血试验被广泛采用。近年来,分子生物学的发展对生物相容性评价工作产生了巨大的影响。文章主要介绍针对合金热籽、磁流体和磁性生物玻璃这3种主要的磁性介质的生物相容性评价。
【Abstract】 The biocompatibility of magnetic materials is one of the precondition of tumor hyperthermia. Generally, biocompatibility means the compatibility between materials and hosts, including tissue compatibility and blood compatibility. In the past studies, the biocompatibility was mainly evaluated by MTT test and hemolytic test. Recently, the progress of molecular biology brings great influence to the evaluation of biocompatibility. This article mainly reviews the biocompatibility evaluation of the thermoseed, magnetic fluid and magnetic bio-glass, which are three chiefly concerned kinds of magnetic materials.
