【Abstract】 The biocompatibility of magnetic materials is one of the precondition of tumor hyperthermia. Generally, biocompatibility means the compatibility between materials and hosts, including tissue compatibility and blood compatibility. In the past studies, the biocompatibility was mainly evaluated by MTT test and hemolytic test. Recently, the progress of molecular biology brings great influence to the evaluation of biocompatibility. This article mainly reviews the biocompatibility evaluation of the thermoseed, magnetic fluid and magnetic bio-glass, which are three chiefly concerned kinds of magnetic materials.更多还原
