【摘要】 同种器官移植给某些疾病晚期的患者提供了再生的机会,由于器官移植带来许多情绪障碍、排斥反应、社会和心理负担等因素,给受者、供者及其家属带来了许多心理问题,同时也给参与器官移植的医务人员造成很多心理困扰,严重影响了这些群体中个体的身心健康。由于每个移植供者和受者的性别、年龄、文化背景、家庭经济状况、社会家庭角色以及宗教信仰的不同,会导致不同的心理反应。因此,在器官移植治疗技术提高的同时,建议在器官移植的不同阶段对这些群体给予积极的心理干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conspecific organ transplantation provides the survival for the diseased patients at the later stage. The transplantation-induced emotional disorder, rejection, social and psychological burdens all affect the donor, recipients and their relatives, together with the involved medical staff regarding the physical and mental health. The differences of gender, age, cultural background, economic status, social and family roles, and religion beliefs may result in the varying psychological reactions. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct the psychological intervention for the population at each stage of the organ transplantation, as the transplantation technique increases.更多还原
