组织工程化气管的种子细胞研究
Seed cells for tissue-engineered trachea
【摘要】 检索Medline、中国期刊网和维普网2000-01/2006-12有关组织工程化气管和种子细胞的研究文章,综述组织工程化气管种子细胞的来源、选择、培养和生长的研究概况。文献显示组织工程化气管与其他气管替代物相比具有明显的优点,它应用的是自体细胞,无免疫原性,具有生物活性,有潜在的生长能力。但在研究过程中至今尚未找到理想的种子细胞的来源。在成体干细胞中,目前虽已能以软骨细胞或骨髓间质干细胞为种子细胞构建出与自体气管相近的组织工程化气管,而且能够用软骨细胞及上皮细胞构建出带有气管黏膜上皮的复合组织工程化气管,但这些组织工程化气管移植到体内能否长期具有活性、发挥正常的生理功能等还需要进一步的实验验证。
【Abstract】 Articles describing tissue-engineered trachea and seed cells were searched for in Medline, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Vip Database from January 2000 to December 2006. Source, choice, culture and growth of seed cells of tissue-engineered trachea were reviewed. There are visible advantages that the tissue-engineered trachea compares to the substitute matter, which come from autologous cells, without immunogenicity, with biological activity and latent growth ability. But this cell has not been found up to now. Resemble tissue-engineered trachea had been constructed with chondrocytes and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells. Complex tissue-engineered trachea with mucosal epithelium was created with chondrocytes and epithelial cells. Whether the tissue-engineered trachea can survive or undertake physiologic function in the future deserves further studies.
