不同激光熔覆材料涂层的耐磨性能比较

【摘要】 本文研究了宽带激光熔覆不同熔覆材料的复合涂层的耐磨性能。结果表明:Ni60B熔覆层的硬度高于40Cr基材的硬度,Ni60B+WC梯度复合涂层具有最高的硬度,对于提高零件的抗磨损性能比较有利;Ni60B熔覆层和Ni60B+WC熔覆层均适合修复轴类零件;三层梯度复合涂层磨痕宽度最小,具有最好的耐磨性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the wear resistance of different coatings produced by wide-band laser cladding was investigated.The experimental results show that the hardness of coating with Ni60B is higher than that of substrate 40Cr.And the hardness of composite coating with Ni60B+WC is the highest,which will help impro ving the wear resistance of parts.The coatings with Ni60B and Ni60B+WC are suitable for repairing axes parts.The abrasion width of composite coating with third gradient design is the smallest one,which is of best wear resistance.
