基于免疫遗传和径向基网络的斜齿圆柱齿轮优化设计
The Optimal Design of Helical Cylinder Gear Based on RBF Network and Immune GA
【摘要】 提出了一种基于免疫遗传和RBF网络的齿轮优化设计方法,该方法首先利用RBF网络映射优化中的关系曲线,提高了优化设计的效率;然后引入免疫遗传算法进行优化设计,提高了齿轮的优化精度。
【Abstract】 An optimal design method for helical cylinder gear based on immune genetic algorithm and RBF network is presented.In the method,firstly,the RBF network is used to mapping the curve graph in optimal design,which improves the design efficiency;secondly,the immune genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of gear,which improves the design precision.The optimal result of gear shows that the proposed method is feasible,and the calculating results are preferable.
