【摘要】 目的探讨影响肝硬化腹水并发腹膜炎(SBP)患者预后的危险因素。方法随机选择肝硬化腹水并发SBP患者115例,存活组60例,死亡组55例。统计年龄、性别、临床症状、肝硬化其他并发症、肝脏生化、腹水检查结果等18项指标,进行统计学分析。结果年龄、消化道出血、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、休克、外周血白细胞数、凝血酶原活动度、血清总胆红素、血清白蛋白、血清钠、血清尿素氮、腹水白细胞数等与肝硬化腹水并发SBP患者预后有关(P<0.05)。结论对于肝硬化腹水并发SBP患者,年龄越大、感染越重、合并肝硬化其他并发症、肝脏储备功能越差者,预后越不良。早期判断、预防、治疗这些危险因素,对改善预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the risk factor of influencing the prognosis of hepatic cirrhosis ascites patients complicated with peritonitis(SBP).Methods 115 cirrhosis ascites patients complicated with SBP were randomly chosen and divided into two groups.60 cases were in survival group and the other 55 cases were in death group.18 indexes such as age,sex,clinical symptom,other complication of hepatic cirrhosis,liver biochemistry,ascites examine result and so on were observed and analyzed statistically.Results Age,alimentary tract hemorrhage,hepatic encephalopathy,hepatorenal syndrome, shock,WBC in peripheral blood,prothrombin activity,serum total bilirubin,serum albumin,serum sodium,serum urea nitrogen,WBC in ascites and so on were closely related to the prognosis of hepatic cirrhosis ascites patients complicated with SBP(P<0.05).Conclusion To hepatic cirrhosis ascites patients complicated with SBP,the factors such as old age,serious infection,complicating other complication of hepatic cirrhosis and shortage of liver storage function will lead to worse prognosis.So it is important to discover,prevent and cure those factors.更多还原
