超/亚临界水技术处理厨余垃圾的研究
Research on supercritical water disposal of kitchen waste
【摘要】 在超/亚临界实验条件下研究了利用湿式氧化法处理装置处理厨余垃圾的代表物米饭生成有机酸的过程中,处理时间、处理温度、加氧量对有机酸(甲酸、乙酸)生成的影响,确定反应的最佳条件为处理时间1.0~1.5 min,加氧量70%~100%,温度280℃。
【Abstract】 An experiment is conducted to study the influence of temperature,reaction time and oxygen amount on transform rate of kitchen waste(rice)as experimental stuff during wet oxidation treatment.The rate of transformation of the carbon to the organic acid(formic acid and acetic acid)are used as main indices to evaluate the disposal effect in order to decide the optimal operation parameters of wet oxidation treatment for kitchen wastes.The optimal operation parameters of wet oxidation treatment are determined as follows:280℃ of temperature,1.0-1.5 minutes of reaction time,70%-100% of oxygen amount.
