取代环戊酮-氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛双腙合成与除草活性研究
Study on synthesis and herbicidal effect of novel substitued cyclopentanone-N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde dihydrazones
【摘要】 用环戊酮和简单脂肪仲胺进行Mannich反应,以及和脂肪醛酮进行交叉羟醛缩合合成了α-胺亚甲基环戊酮和α-亚基环戊酮2类中间体;用水合肼、α-取代环戊酮与二氮氧化喹喔啉甲醛反应,合成了10种混合双腙(1~10)。考察了这些新化合物对稗草和野苋菜的除草活性,结果表明题涉新化合物都表现了不同程度的抑制杂草生长活性,其中双腙10、双腙9分别在1002、00 mg/L质量浓度下对野苋菜有全杀灭作用;双腙10、双腙9、双腙7分别在100、4008、00 mg/L质量浓度时对稗草有全杀灭作用。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of α-substitued cyclopentanoes are synthesized via Mannich reaction of cyclopentanone with simple secondary amines,and the Aldol cross condensation of cyclopentanone with fatty aldehydes and ketons.Then ten novel dihydrazones are synthesized with above subsitituded cyclopentanones,N-oxoquinoxaline formaldehyde and hydrazine.The title compounds are screened by the herbicidal activities on wild amaranth and Echinochloa crusgalli L.The results shows that the dihydrazones have various degrees of herbicidal activities,among them compound 10 and 9 is 100% at the consistency of 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L on Echinochloa crusgalli L.,respectively,and 10,9,7 also 100% at the consistency of 100 mg/L,400 mg/L,800 mg/L on Brassica napus L.,respectively.
