微滤技术/紫外线辅助催化臭氧氧化组合工艺处理洗车废水中试研究

【摘要】 用微滤技术/紫外线(MF/UV)辅助催化臭氧氧化组合工艺进行洗车废水处理回用的中试研究,结果表明操作压力≤20kPa时,膜通量长期稳定。膜滤对COD、TN、TP和SS的去除率分别达到69.74%、40.12%、37.81%和100.00%,但膜滤对阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)基本没有去除效果。UV辅助催化臭氧氧化对膜滤出水进一步降解,系统出水水质良好,符合生活杂用水水质标准(CJ/T48—1999)。

【Abstract】 Car washing wastewater is treated by the combination process of microfiltration(MF) and ultraviolet rays(UV) assisted catalytic ozonation,then a pilot experiment is made with it.The result indicates that the membrane flux can maintain stable when the operational pressure is below or equal to 20 kPa.After the process of microfiltration,the removal efficiency of COD,TN,TP and SS reaches 69.74%,40.12%,37.81% and 100%,respectively.But the concentration of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LSA) doesn’t decrease obviously after microfiltration.The filtration of membrane is decontaminated ulteriorly by the process of UV assisted catalytic ozonation.The quality of effluent water treated by the combination process is better than those of the standards for reuse water (CJ/T 48—1999).
