Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3催化剂上CO选择性氧化去除性能及焙烧温度的影响

【摘要】 采用共浸渍法制备了一系列Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3复合氧化物催化剂,考察了La2O3的加入量、焙烧温度对CO选择性氧化反应性能的影响。添加La2O3的Ru1La10Oδ/γ-Al2O3催化剂在110~170℃时能达到99%以上的CO转化率,选择性相对较高;镧的加入提高了催化剂的热稳定性。在500℃以前焙烧钌的晶粒大小变化不大,但是焙烧温度达到了600℃后,晶粒明显长大,催化剂活性也随之下降。

【Abstract】 Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3 catalysts modified with La2O3 are prepared via incipient co-impregnation method,and the preferential oxidation of CO in the hydrogen-rich gas has been examined over the catalysts.The effects of La2O3 loading and different calcined temperatures on the structure and performance of Ru1LaxOδ/γ-Al2O3 are studied.Results show that higher CO conversion (>99%) and selectivity in wider temperature range(110-170℃)can be obtained after the appropriate quantity of La2O3 is added to Ru/γ-Al2O3;La2O3 can improve the thermal stability of the catalysts.No obvious change is found in particle’s size after the catalysts are calcined below 500℃,but after cancined at 600℃,the catalysts’ pore size will increase with activity falling down.
