新法合成纳米镍催化剂及其催化还原对硝基甲苯
Synthesis of nanosized nickel catalysts and catalysis of p-nitrotoluene reduction by it
【摘要】 用离子交换-还原法制备出负载型纳米镍催化剂,并考察了其在对硝基甲苯催化氢转移还原反应中的催化性能。所得催化剂粒径在40~50 nm之间,分布均匀。在对硝基甲苯的还原反应中,对硝基甲苯的转化率达100%,对甲苯胺的收率为97.7%。催化剂与反应液分离简便,催化剂至少可循环使用3次。
【Abstract】 Supported nano-size nickel catalyst is prepared by the ion-exchange reduction,and used to catalyze reduction of p-nitrotoluene.The catalyst is in cubic particle with particle size between 40 nm and 50 nm.In the reduction the conversion rate can be about 100% with a p-toluidine yield of 97.7%.The catalyst can be easily separated and be reused at least for 3 times.
