基于FDTD法的传输线串扰时域响应分析与实验研究
Time-domain Analysis and Experimental Research on Crosstalk of Transmission Lines Based on FDTD
【摘要】 为了研究传输线之间的串扰问题,基于传输线时域有限差分(FDTD)法,对二平行线模型的传输线串扰时域响应问题进行了仿真研究。通过在二平行线模型的干扰线端口加入上升沿为ns级的梯形波,仿真分析了二平行线模型各个端口的电压波形;同时,基于实验室研究设备,对共地平行传输线间的串扰电压进行了实验研究,并将部分实验结果与理论仿真结果进行了比较分析。结果显示:仿真波形的振荡与幅度和测量结果的振荡与幅度基本一致,仿真的脉冲宽度略大于测量脉冲宽度,仿真结果峰值略大于测量峰值。这说明传输线时域有限差分(FDTD)法在分析ns级上升沿的传输线耦合问题时是有效的。
【Abstract】 In order to research the crosstalk of transmission lines,based on finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method,the crosstalk coupling voltage and current responses at terminals of transmission lines with common ground are analyzed.The crosstalk coupling voltage is analyzed through adding the trapezoidal wave with ns level rising edge at the port of the interfering line.The experimental data are compared with those of simulations.The result shows that both waveforms are basically identical,and the width of simulation pulse is larger than that of measurement pulse,and the pulse peak values of simulations are larger than those of measurement.It is proven that the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method is available in the analysis of the crosstalk of transmission lines with ns level rising edge.
