【摘要】 PLC作为一种稳定可靠的控制器在工业控制系统得到了广泛的应用。但在许多应用场合中,PLC中的数据处理、PLC与上位机通讯等许多情况都需要通过PLC内的地址指针完成数据的调用或存储。针对S7-200PLC与计算机的自由口通讯,上位机需要将多种指令数据写入PLC的变量存储器,这里设计一种多地址指针接收并存储数据的方法,大大减少了与上位机操作指令无关的数据传输,可精确高效地将上位机指令数据写入目标地址,有效解决了串口通讯中出现的因大量数据传输造成的延时。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of steady and dependable controller,PLC has been used in many field.But in many applications field,the data processing and communication in PLC need the index to finish the task such as data′s transfer and storage.For the free-port communication between S7-200 PLC and computer,computer send many kinds of data to PLC,this article designs a method of using multi-index to receive and save the data in PLC,the data irrespective with computer′s operation is decreased greatly,computer′s command data can be written in PLC precisely and high efficiency,it solves the delay-time problem caused by stack of data transmit in the cluster-port communication.更多还原
