【摘要】 目的:评价主动脉夹层的多层螺旋CT表现和诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析18例主动脉夹层病例资料,所有病人均进行16层螺旋CT平扫和CTA检查,并进行多平面重组和3D成像处理。结果:所有病例均显示真假腔的大小形态,14例显示内膜片,5例显示内膜钙化内移,3例显示假腔内血栓形成。3D图像均显示了主动脉夹层的全貌。结论:多层螺旋CT对诊断和评价主动脉夹层具有重要价值,具有快速、无创和准确的优点,多层螺旋CT应该成为诊断主动脉夹层的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the manifestations and diagnostic value of multi— slice CT (MSCT) in aortic dissection(AD). Methods: 18 cases of aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were examined with MSCT plain scanning and CTA and post—processed using multiplanar reformation(MPR)and 3D technique. Results: True and false lumens were showed in all cases, intimate flap in 14 cases, intimate flap calcification and displace in 5 cases, intraluminal thrombus in 3 cases. 3D images displayed the whole shape of AD. Conclusion: MSCT has an important application value in diagnosing and evaluation AD, which is quick, hurtles and accurate. It could be used as the first choice imaging technique in diagnosing AD.更多还原
