【Abstract】 Clinical medicine is a program which requires much practice and implementation.The internship is an important stage for medical students to acquire the basic clinical skills required to be a qualified doctor.This article analyzes the factors in clinical practice teaching that influence the improvement of medical students’ clinical skills in our country with consideration to educational,social and personal factors.Lastly,we draw lessons from North America’ experience in clinical practice teaching to offer some solutions in teaching mode reform,applying advanced teaching methods,strengthening infrastructural construction and medical students’ education.更多还原
