【摘要】 目的了解医学成人教育学员学习动机。方法采用自编问卷对235人进行调查。结果成人学员学习动机主要表现在发展、求知、职业等方面,发展动机占第一位。结论成人教育是教育事业的重要组成部分,通过调查实践,探讨了成人教育发展的内外部动力因素和规律,对成人教育的科学规划和健康发展具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand learning motivations of medical students of adult education.Methods We surveyed 235 students with self-designed questionnaire.Results Learning motivations of the adult students are mainly manifested in development,pursuit of knowledge and career,with development ranking in the first place.Conclusion Adult education is an important part of education.It is of great significance to explore internal and external driving forces in the development of adult education and its laws for scientific planning and healthy development of adult education.更多还原
