基于GIS的水资源优化配置决策支持系统的研究
Study of decision-making support system for optimal distribution of water resources based on GIS
【摘要】 为了科学、合理、充分和有效地配置一个地区的水资源,建立水资源优化配置决策支持系统能提高其配置的速度和合理性。本文针对南京市六合区水资源的特点,提出了基于GIS(Geographic Information System)技术的一整套水资源优化配置决策支持系统解决方案,包括其总体结构、通讯方案、数据库设计方法、决策模型库的种类和配置,以及系统建设过程中和建成后的管理方法、措施和要求等,为六合区水务一体化管理及其信息化提供平台,同时为决策者在水资源配置方面做决策时起到科学、合理的参考作用,并提升信息的可靠性和预测的准确性。
【Abstract】 In order to scientifically,resonably,and effectively allocate a regional water resources,it will greatly improve the speed of distribution to establish a decision-making support system for optimal distribution of water resources.This paper puts forward a set of solving schemes for optimal allocation of water resources by the decision-making support system based on GIS.These included the gross structure,communication,design method of database,kinds and allocation of decision model,management method,measures and demand of constructing and after constructed.It provides a plat form for the integrated management of water affairs in Liuhe area,and scientific,resonable brainman action for decision-makers to make correct decision in water resources deployment.It advances reliable of information and veracity of forecast.
