陕西省引汉济渭工程受水区水资源优化配置研究

【摘要】 以陕西省引汉济渭工程为背景,以受水区缺水量最少、经济效益最大和污水排放量最小为目标,建立了陕西省引汉济渭受水区水资源优化配置模型,通过粒子群优化算法对模型进行了求解,得到了受水区各主要城市及其各用水部门的分配水量,解决了受水区多目标多水源复杂水资源优化配置问题。通过求解模型可以看出陕西省内各主要城市生活需水基本得以解决;工业需水和生态需水得到很大缓解。

【Abstract】 Based on the Hanjiang-to-Weihe River water transfer project,the objective function which satisfied the least volume of lacking water,the largest benefit of economy and the smallest volume of sewage are established in this paper.The optimal model is established and solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm.The water volume is obtained in every city of Shaanxi Province and also in every using water department.The complex water resources optimal allocation problem of multi-purpose and multiwater are solved in water distribution of Shaanxi Province.Through the result,the water demand of life is solved and the water demand of industry and ecology are alleviated.
