LuNi2B2C、YNi2B2C超导参量的研究
Research on superconducting state parameters of LuNi2B2C,YNi2B2C
【摘要】 用二带G-L模型研究了非磁性超导LuNi2B2C和YNi2B2C的相干长度ξ(T)、速率vc(T)、伦敦穿透深度λ(T)和临界电流密度j(T)在Tc附近对温度T的依赖关系.
【Abstract】 Temperature dependence of the coherent length ξ(T),critical velocity of Cooper pair vc(T),London penetration depth λ(T),critical current density j(T) for the non-magnetic superconductors LuNi2B2C、YNi2B2C,are studied in the vicinity of Tc by using a two-band G-L theory.
