【摘要】 对产于青藏高原东缘2种风毛菊属(SaussureaD C.)植物的染色体数目和核型进行了研究.结果表明:重齿风毛菊(S.katochaete)的染色体数目和核型为2n=2x=32=10m+16sm+6st,而弯齿风毛菊(S.przewalskii)染色体数目和核型为2n=2x=32=10m+22sm.根据Stebbins提出的核型分类原则,这2个种的核型分别为3B和2B型.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of two Saussurea species from the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau are studied.The chromosome number and karyotype of S.katochaete are revealed to be 2n=2x=32=10m+16sm+6st,while S.przewalskii has 2n=2x=32=10m+22sm.The karyotypes of both species are belong to 3B or 2B according to the Stebbins’s classification.更多还原
