【Abstract】 To detect E.coli O157∶H7 in food,this experimentation first studied the colonial morphology of the microorganism on SMAC and CRSMAC,and combine its biochemical characteristics and serological agglutination reactions to do a further detection,as to confirm the experiment.The selective incubation and detection method of E.coli O157∶H7 had been developed.Use this method to carry on an examination towards imitating milk sample,judge its detection limit being 4 cfu/mL.更多还原
