基于黄土高原多沙粗沙区植被恢复布局及其水文效应评价系统的实现

【摘要】 【目的】建立合理的评价系统,以期在各种土地利用方案和情景下,方便地实现水土保持环境效应评价、流域水文分析以及水土保持措施对区域水资源影响的定量评价。【方法】以黄土高原多沙粗沙区为例,利用TIME组件平台构建了基于GIS的水土保持应用系统,研究基于.NET Framework的黄土高原多沙粗沙区植被恢复布局及其水文效应评价系统的实现;讨论了GIS在水土保持中的应用、水文计算模型与GIS的集成、植被恢复布局及水文效应评价系统的结构框架、数据库设计和系统功能的实现。【结果】该系统充分利用了GIS强大的空间分析、直观的信息表达功能以及数据的存储、处理功能,能方便、快捷地显示和输出水土保持中的多种信息,并利用文字、地图、控件等多种手段进行信息表达。【结论】基于TIME组件开发的GIS模型系统,能够降低开发难度、缩短开发周期。该系统对于水土保持宏观规划的编制具有一定参考意义。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The research was done in order to implement the evaluation of soil and water conservation measure on the regional impact of the quantitative evaluation of water resources under various land-use project and scene,we research how to built evaluation system.【Method】 This paper studied how to design and establish managing re-vegetation and its impact on hydrology in the coarse sandy hilly catchments of the Loess Plateau based on.NET Framework.It discussed the application of GIS in soil and water conservation,combination of hydrology computing model and GIS,the design of architecture,database,and function of the system.It also established the application system based on GIS using TIME component with a case of coarse sandy hilly catchments of the Loess Plateau as an example.【Result】 The system takes full advantage of powerful spatial analysis,visual information output,and data storage and management of GIS to display and export multi-information expediently,and provides useful information with texts,maps,control and other measures.【Conclusion】 Developing GIS model system based on TIME may reduce the difficulty of development,shorten the coding time.It also has some reference value on soil and water conservation macro planning and soil and water conservation environment impact and watershed hydrology analysis.
