速生杨密实材主要力学性能的检测
Test on the main mechanical properties of hardened fast-growing poplar wood
【摘要】 【目的】分析三倍体毛白杨木材压缩和树脂浸渍密实化处理的力学效果。【方法】三倍体毛白杨木材经不同压缩率(11%,20%,33%和50%)、压缩热处理时间(0.5,2,5和10 h)、不同含量酚醛(PF)树脂(5%,10%,15%,20%和30%)浸渍和浸渍后不同压缩率(11%,20%和33%)等处理后,测定其静曲强度、抗弯弹性模量和表面硬度的变化。【结果】三倍体毛白杨素材压缩后,其静曲强度和抗弯弹性模量均随压缩率的增大而提高,但接近最大压缩率时均下降;素材压缩(压缩率为33%)后以180℃空气加热处理10 h,静曲强度比同温度压缩保温0.5 h时下降约40%,抗弯弹性模量下降近50%,表面硬度下降约12%;用PF树脂浸渍处理后不经压缩,随PF树脂含量增加木材静曲强度提高幅度不大;用30%PF树脂浸渍后,当压缩率为33%时,其静曲强度、抗弯弹性模量和表面硬度分别比未压缩素材增加82.9%,98%和152%。【结论】毛白杨木材用20%~30%PF树脂浸渍处理后,再进行小幅机械压缩(压缩率<30%)的密实处理比较适宜。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 The paper analyzed the mechanical effect of hardened wood of Triploid Populus Tomentosa.【Method】 The bending strengths,MOE and hardness of Triploid Populus Tomentosa wood were measured after different treatments such as compressing(ratio 11%,20%,33% and 50%),compressing and heating(0.5,2,5 and 10 h),impregnating with PF resin(5%,10%,15%,20% and 30%) and compressing(ratio 11%,20% and 33%) after impregnating.【Result】 The strengths of the plain wood rose along with the compression ratio,while the bending strength and MOE lowered as it reached the maximum compression ratio;the plain wood compressed(33%) and heated 10 h with 180 ℃,its bending strength lowered 40%,MOE lost about 50% and hardness lowered 12% than heated 0.5 h;the properties not to be compressed after impregnated with PF resin,had a slow rising with the resin concentration;and compressed(33%) after impregnated with PF resin(30%),its bending strength,MOE and hardness increased 82.9%,98% and 152% respectively.【Conclusion】 It is suitable to the hardening of Triploid Populus Tomentosa wood impregnated with 20%-30% PF resin and compressed under ratio 30%.
