【Abstract】 Polygalacturonase-inhibiting protein(PGIP) was purified from extracts of apple cortical tissue by ammonium sulfate precipetation,ion-exchange chrom atography and gel filtration.PGIP activity was messured by determing reducing groups using the dinitrosalicylic acid procedure and PGIP weight was determined by bradford.The purified PGIP showed a single protein band during SDS-PAGE.The apple PGIP subnit has a molecular weight(as deternined by SDSPAGE) about 41kD.This study presented an effective approach for PGIP purification in Malus demestica and provided an experimental basis for the comparative study.更多还原
