【摘要】 目的观察和探讨鼻中隔出血鼻内窥镜微波治疗的疗效。方法对50例鼻中隔出血患者行鼻内镜下微波治疗。结果全部病例术后随访观察6个月以上,治愈46例,有效4例,总有效率100%,无鼻腔粘连,中隔穿孔等并发症。结论鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻中隔出血起效迅速,疗效确切,操作安全,方法简便,并发症少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effect of septum epistaxis by nasal endoscopic with microwave therapy. Methods Fifty patients with septum epistaxis were treated with microwave through the nasal endoscopy. Results Of 50 cases followed up at least six months,46 cases were cured,4 cases were improved. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusion This technique has several advantages such as rapid and definite curative effect,safe and easy and less complications for septum epistaxis. It is worthwhile to be recommented in clincial practice.更多还原
