【摘要】 目的通过研究外周静脉血气的方法,判断动脉缺血患者病情的轻重,指导临床。方法入选人员共96例,分为正常对照组32例,实验组64例,分为功能性缺血组和临界性缺血组。观察外周静脉血PH值、PCO2、SO2、PO2的改变并用上肢/下肢的SO2、PO2作为局部灌注指数。检测治疗前后及各组之间的差异。结果功能性缺血组肢体与临界性缺血肢体相比较上肢PO2/下肢PO2与上肢SO2/下肢SO2两项有效期异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用外周静脉血气分析可有效的判断肢体缺血程度及疾病预后。采用该方法简便易行,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of the peripheral venous blood gas of the pationfs with Coner Cimb’s ischemic disense.Methods 96 cases were divided into two large groups,the group of normal control(32 cases) and the group of researching(64 cases).The researching group was further divided into two subgroups:function ischemia and boundary ischemia.The changes of the peripheral venous blood gas sere observed and recorded by the following marks:PH,PCO2,SO2 and PO2.In addition,the ratio of the SO2 arms/SO2 legs or PO2 arms/PO2 legs was defined as the local affusing index.Differences from controls were considered significant(P<0.01).Results Comparing all the data of the two group,function group and the ischemia,there was significant difference only in PO2 arm/PO2 leg and the ration of SO2 arm/SO2 leg(P<0.01).Conclusion We can judge the state of the ischemic limb and the illness prognosis effectively by analyzing the changes of its peripheral venouse blood gas.This kind of testing method is easy operating,safe and effective.更多还原
