【摘要】 目的确切了解保定市监狱羁押和劳教所收教人员中的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况,为今后制订该人群的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对保定市14786名监狱羁押和劳教所收教人员进行HIV感染情况调查。结果HIV体阳性检出率为0.07%,平均年龄30.02岁,均为男性,传播途径为异性性接触、单采血浆和静脉吸毒;受教育程度低.无正当职业。结论虽然监狱羁押和劳数所收教人员HIV感染者检出率较低,但加强对该人群性病知识的宣传教育、管理、NIV抗体的监侧和控制不客放松。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the infected condition of HIV in people who are detained in Baoding prison precisely in order to offer the scientific reason for making the prevention and cure measure about this crowd.Method Investigating HIV infected condition of 14786 prisoners in Baoding prison.Results HIV positive detection rate was 0.07%,the mean age was 30.02,all male,route of transmission were.throagh heterology sexual contacting,getting blood plasm and vein drug taking;they had little education,no legitimate job.Conclusion Although the HIV masculine detection rate there is lower,we should strengthen the propaganda and education about venereal disease to the crowd,monitor HIV antibody carefully all the time.更多还原
