【摘要】 目的比较利培酮、氯氮平治疗住院精神分裂症的成本-效果。方法对82例住院精神分裂症患者应用利培酮或氯氮平进行治疗,根据PANSS量表减分率评定疗效,对住院花费运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果利培酮、氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的显效率分别为77.8%7、1.4%,二者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);产生单位效果所需成本二者无显著差异。结论利培酮与氯氮平治疗住院精神分裂症的疗效及费用基本相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficiency and economic cost between Risperidon and Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:82 in-patients with schizophrenia were treated with Risperidon or Clozapine.PANSS was used to assess the clinical efficacy and pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate costs.Results:The effective rates of Risperidon and Clozapine were 77.8% and 71.4% respectively with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the costs for an identical effect between the two drugs.Conclusion:The effective and costs of Risperidon and Clozapine were almost equal in the treatment of schizophrenia.更多还原
