【摘要】 我国冬季冰上运动项目一直在北方开展,主要在"吉黑"两省开展,限制了冰上运动的发展和经济水平的提高。改革开放以来,我国冰上运动有了较大的发展,南方一些城市纷纷建起了室内滑冰馆,开展了群众性、娱乐性的冰上运动,摆脱了只有北方地区才能开展冰上运动的地域限制。"北冰南展"的发展战略的实施,进一步促进了我国冰上运动项目的发展。结合我国冰上运动开展的现状,提出了"北冰南展"的理论依据。更多还原
