【摘要】 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法和文献资料法等研究方法,对我国大型体育赛事场馆的赛后利用现状及其制约因素进行分析。大型赛事场馆赛后利用的现状主要表现为:对外开放率逐步提高,社会效益、经济效益并重;整体经营状况不容乐观,"自我造血"能力不强;"本体经营"为主,经营范围、方式进一步扩展;经营观念逐步改善,营销观念相对滞后。认为其制约因素主要包括场馆自身硬件基础、体育场馆投资结构比较单一、绩效制尚未建立、现行管理体制不健全等。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying the methods of the documents and the questionnaire,the paper analyses the current situation and the restricting factors of making use of the venue and facilities of the integrated and great events.The paper thinks that its current situation shows mainly: step-by-step rise of opening policy,social benefits and economical benefits pay equal attention;the whole business performance does not admit hoping for the best,"oneself hematopoiesis"ability is not strong;"body manage" gives the first place,the scope and mode of business operation are expanded further;managed concept improves step by step,marketing concept lags behind relatively.Its restricting factors show mainly the hardware of stadium and the investment pattern is comparatively simple;the effected system does not build;the current management system is not perfect and so on.更多还原
