骨骼肌组织对低氧应激的反应和适应
Adaptation and Reaction of Skeletal Muscle to Hypoxia
【摘要】 在短期和长期低氧应激的作用下,骨骼肌结构和机能会产生适应性变化,从而产生对低氧环境适应。短期低氧应激往往导致人体骨骼肌有氧氧化酶活性及线粒体数量、密度下降,从而使人体有氧能力下降。间歇低氧训练在保证低氧刺激的同时,既可以保持适当的低氧刺激,又可以使运动员保持正常的训练负荷,从而提高运动员的有氧能力,可作为运动训练的辅助手段加以应用。
【Abstract】 Whatever exposure to temporary or permanent hypoxia,skeletal muscle tissue may present structural and functional adaptation.Muscle oxidative capacity is found to be moderately reduced because of the reduction of enzyme activity and decrease of mitochondria population when exposure to temporary hypoxia.Intermittent hypoxia training is a method which can make subjects exposure to hypoxia while training under normoxia,so that normal volume of training can be maintained,also aerobic performance capacity can be improved.Intermittent hypoxia training can be considered to be complementary to the training.
