【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the profit disputes—settling between NBA labor and capital,demonstrated the kind,selecting,jurisdiction,obligation,arbitration procedure and so on.Thereby,this paper demonstrated operating practice of NBA arbitration,all of which is to understand the succeeding experience for disputes—settling of NBA labor and capital;Meanwhile,it provided experience for CBA development.更多还原
