【Abstract】 The article made rough analysis on the traits of controlling government managing sport from organization system,resource allocation,running mechanism,effects evaluation,and also pointed out its disadvantages.Furthermore,it made discussion on the function of government from the function of servicing government,traits of sports production,marketing demand,etc.,and also put forward it should be governments function to meet sports diversified needs,provide public sports goods,manage sports organization indirectly and promote socialization of sports;It made countermeasures on reconstructing servicing government to manage sport from three aspects of transferring municipal ideal,constructing lawful government and responsible government and details methods.更多还原
