金属材料在应力空间中理想断裂面的探索
Investigation on Ideal Fracture Facet of Metal Materials in Principal Stress Space
【摘要】 金属材料断裂有许多准则和模型,但对断裂机理和变化规律缺乏合理的描述,给工程应用带来不便。以大量金属材料的断裂实验结果为基础,从材料断裂的细观机理出发,对已有断裂条件做出修正和完善。并且考虑到同一种材料,应力状态不同可能发生不同的断裂形式,而不同机理的断裂形式其断裂的主要影响因素不同,表现在三维主应力空间的不同卦限中断裂面的形状也不同,从而给出主应力空间中的金属材料近似理想断裂面。据此,给定材料某点所处的应力状态,即可判断其所处的应力状态的强度是否安全。
【Abstract】 There are many criteria and models used to describe fracture of metal material,which lack rational description of fracture mechanism and variety law,and this can bring project utilization into trouble.The basis of a great deal of fracture experimental results of metal materials and starting from mesoscopic fracture mechanism of materials,some amendment and integrity are made for fracture criteria in the paper.Moreover,considering that the different stress states may lead to different mechanism fracture form for the same material,while their key factors are entirely different from variant fracture form,they are shown in the differences of tri-principle stress space as well as in the shapes of hanging limitation fracture facet,whereby the ideal fracture facet of metal material in principal stress space was given.Based on the above mentioned,the stress state of the certain point on the given material can be used to judge whether the strength of stress state on a certain point is safe or not.
