基于RVA的水库工程对河流水文条件的影响评价

【摘要】 应用变化范围法(RVA)评估水库运行对河流水文条件的影响。通过对水库出库站水文序列进行水文改变指标(IHA)评价,量化河流流量受影响的程度,进而分析水库建坝前后河流水文条件的改变情况,说明水库运行对下游河道的水文影响。以龙羊峡水库为例进行计算,结果表明,龙羊峡水库调节后,其出库站-贵德站的水文年极值出现时间变化不大,而对月流量、年极值、频率、延时和变化率指标产生了显著影响,改变了黄河干流贵德站原来的水文条件,加剧了黄河下游河道的生态危机。

【Abstract】 The range of variability approach(RVA) is used to evaluate the effects of reservoir operation upon river flow regime.Evaluation is made of the indicators of hydrological alteration(IHA) of the hydrological series of reservoir release control station to quantity the degree of river flow subject to effects and further to analyze the variation regimes of river flow before and after the construction of the dams,whereby illustrating that reservoir operation can affect flow regimes of the downstream river course.With Longyangxia reservoir taken as an example to do the calculation,the results indicate that after the regulation of Longyangxia reservoir,there is no much alteration in appearing time of hydrologic annual extreme values from reservoir release station-Guide station,but the obvious effects produced upon monthly flow,annual extreme values,frequency,time delay and alteration rate indicators,whereby the original flow regime of the main river course of the Yellow River have been changed so as to intensify the eco-crisis in the downstream river course of the Yellow River.
