【摘要】 在分析现有河流健康指标体系的基础上,提出了一种可以用于河流健康监测的河流健康指标体系及综合模糊评价方法。由于其指标均来自于常规指标,因此该方法具有很好的可移植性和应用性。以陕西渭河为例,通过试误法确定渭河河流健康评价指标的隶属函数,并应用于2002~2004年的渭河河流健康监测。监测结果与陕西省环保局的预警结果基本吻合,表明该方法合理且有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the health index system of the existing rivers,this paper presents the river health index system capable of being used to monitor river health as well as the method of comprehensive fuzzy assessment.Largely owing to the indexes coming from the conventional indexes,this method is of good portability and applicability.Taking the Weihe River in Shaanxi Province for an example,the membership function of the river health assessment indexes for the Weihe River can be determined via the test-error method.Accordingly,this method is used in monitoring the river health of the Weihe River in the years of 2002～2004.The results from the monitoring are found to be in basic coincidence with the warning results by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Shaanxi Province,whereby indicating that this method is rational and effective.更多还原
