大跨度钢结构屋盖拆撑过程数值模拟的千斤顶-间隙单元法
Jack-gap element model for numerical simulation of removing temporary supports of large-span steel structural roof
【摘要】 大跨度钢结构屋盖拆撑过程数值模拟的难点在于千斤顶工作机理的模拟、临时支撑与主体结构脱离及再接触的模拟、以及临时支撑的回弹现象.基于经典梁单元,构造了模拟千斤顶工作机理的只压不拉梁单元.建立了一种新的拆撑过程数值模拟方法:千斤顶-间隙单元法.该方法在千斤顶上端点与主体结构相关联节点之间设置一个两节点间隙单元,把千斤顶单元和间隙单元串连起来,通过对两个单元进行力学状态的判定及其参数的改变来模拟临时支撑与主体结构的脱离和接触.计算结果表明,所编制程序可有效模拟大跨度钢结构屋盖的拆撑过程.
【Abstract】 Present a jack-gap element model used to simulate removing temporary supports of large-span steel structural roof during the construction process.Based on the classical beam element,the jack element is produced and it does work as a real jack.Based on of contact and separation mechanism between main structure and jacks,the gap element is produced.Then the jack-gap element model can simulate accurately the separation and contact of the jack between main structure and temporary supports,as well as rebound of temporary supports during the process of removing temporary supports.The results obtained demonstrate that the jack-gap element model can be used to compute effectively and accurately the internal force and deformation of the steel structural roof and temporary supports during the construction process.
