汽车人机界面人体上肢位姿建模与优化研究
Optimal Design and Pose Modeling of Automobile Man-Machine Interface
【摘要】 针对汽车人机操控界面设计的匹配分析需要,构建了一种用于人机操控界面设计分析的5自由度人体上肢运动模型,来模拟人体上肢运动并计算掌心的位姿.以人体上肢动作位姿舒适为优化目标,建立了人体上肢舒适操作的优化模型,通过求解能够获得人体上肢舒适操作的最优位姿.仿真结果表明,优化模型合理、实用,以汽车驾驶舱中换档杆布局设计为应用实例,通过优化模型求得了相应的舒适位姿和舒适度曲线图.研究结果可为汽车人机操控界面设计的合理匹配提供优化分析.
【Abstract】 Focusing on the matching requirements of automobile man-machine interface devising,a 5-degree of freedom man upper arm movement model is established at automobile man-machine driving interface to simulate man upper arm movement and calculate palm center pose.Taking the man upper arm pose as a comfortable target,the optimal upper arm comfortable driving model is established.The model is verified reasonably and practically by simulation.Setting layout of gear lever in mobile driver cabin as an applied example, the corresponding optimal pose and optimal curve are obtained to provide a reference for the design of automobile man-machine driving interface.
